In 2017 more than 83,000 crimes were committed by illegal aliens. When will it stop?

I would like to take a moment and preface this blog post; my intent behind writing this post is not about conjuring up hatred or fear of the “other.” I do not hate or fear anyone based on his or her ethnicity, or their country of origin. However, having said that, I do believe it is not unreasonable to bring attention to the growing problem of violent crimes being committed by those who’s presence here is a crime in itself.

Yes. There are natural born citizens of the United States who commit crime. And, yes that is problem. However, I would argue, that we as a nation should seek to have the safest nation possible for our citizens. While, it is impossible to prevent all citizens of the US from committing crimes. It is not impossible for us to know and control who is coming into our country, and it should not be impossible or unreasonable for us to demand only law abiding individuals get to migrate to our great nation. Being a citizen of the United States is a privilege and an honor, and as the gatekeepers of our country and children’s future we must stand up and make it clear that we will not allow our citizens to be victimized by those who have no right to be here.We need to come to the collective decision that we will only share this great land with those worthy of the distinction. We must enforce the laws our forefather’s fought and died for, or tragically, we will have no longer have a country to share with anyone at all.

The Data and Stats:

A 2017 study completed by the Department of Justice in coordination with the Department of Homeland Security and the Board of Prisons, illustrated that 21% of the current prison population is composed of non-native Individuals in the US illegally. Put another way: there were 183,058 total individuals in BOP custody on that date. One out of every 5 of them should have never been in the United States to begin with.

That means, in 2017, there were at least 83,573 victims of crime in the United States that should have been (and could have been) prevented. Unfortunately we will never truly know the entire number, because five states—including California, Nevada, and Oregon—did not report citizenship data. In addition, other states likely also provided undercounts, in part because; (1) inmates self-report place of birth or citizenship, and state corrections departments use these elements differently to determine citizenship, and (2) the count for most states only includes individuals in state-run institutions, not private facilities[ Alien Incarceration Report].

The Financial Price Tag of Illegal Alien Crime:

During the first quarter of FY18, USMS had an average daily population of 19,472 confirmed aliens in custody, and incurred more than $134 million in housing costs related to those prisoners during that quarter. An average of 3,175 of those aliens were held in BOP facilities, and for whom no direct housing costs were incurred by USMS (the costs were instead funded by appropriations received by BOP). An average daily population of 65 aliens were also housed in settings for which no direct housing costs were incurred by USMS, such as in hospitals or in correctional health care facilities due to required medical treatment.

The remaining 16,233 aliens (daily average) in USMS custody were housed in a combination of state, local, and private facilities, at an average cost of $89.84 per diem. That means per day the US is spending $1,458,372.72 in tax payer funds to house just those 16,233 illegal immigrants. Keep in mind, these are illegal immigrants who have committed and been convicted of additional crimes since coming here.

The Human Cost…..

As I post these criminals on this blog, I ask you to please keep in mind the the countless victims, and families that continue to suffer due to these criminal acts.

Illegal Alien(Who Has Been Arrested Twice Since 2014) Wanted After Killing a Man In TN:

KNOXVILLE, TN (WVLT) – The Knoxville Police Department is searching for an illegal alien who is a suspect in a fatal hit-and-run on April 8, 2019.

KPD said it is searching for Juan Francisco, who authorities said was driving a 1998 Dodge pickup truck in the vicinity of Custom Foods at 3600 Pleasant Ridge Road when he struck the victim, Debbie Burgess, with his vehicle.

Burgess died as a result of the incident, and KPD said Francisco fled the scene.

Francisco has a history of criminal offenses, including a DUI in 2017 and reckless driving in 2004. Homeland Security tells WVLT that Francisco’s immigration status has not changed since his arrest in 2002. At that time he was charged with theft and the warrant says he was an undocumented immigrant without proper paperwork.

13 Year Killed by Illegal Alien Here on an Expired Work Visa:

PCSO Traffic deputies have arrested 25-year-old Micaela Coronel, who is Argentinian but has been staying in Kissimmee, and charged her with operating a motor vehicle without a valid DL causing death, which is a third degree felony. Coronel was driving without a license and failed to use due care while driving when she fatally struck 13-year-old Mariana Perez Borroto of Kissimmee while Mariana was riding her bike to school this morning.

According to the affidavit, the crash occurred around 7:50 a.m. on Wednesday, April 3, 2019. The victim was riding her bike to Lake Marion Creek Middle School in Kissimmee/Poinciana, where she is an 8th grader, when she was struck by Coronel, who was driving her Chrysler Town & Country minivan eastbound on Homosassa Road.

Mariana was critically injured and airlifted to Arnold Palmer Children’s Hospital in Orlando, where she later succumbed to her injuries.

Coronel told deputies she’s been in the country on a “visitor pass” from Argentina since October 2018, and presented them with an Argentinian identification card. She does not have a Florida driver’s license, and deputies determined through their investigation that she does not have a valid driver’s license at all.

This suspect should not have even been behind the wheel of a vehicle. This is an awful, senseless tragedy that should never have occurred. This beautiful child should be turning 14 years old in just two weeks, but for this suspect’s illegal actions. Mariana’s family and friends are in our prayers.” – Grady Judd, Sheriff

The following is a statement from Johna Jozwiak, principal at Lake Marion Creek Middle:

“Our hearts are broken today. We are devastated by the loss of a very special member of our Lake Marion Creek Middle family. Mariana was a bright and sweet-natured girl who possessed a very polite and calm manner. She enjoyed studying history and loved spending her free time sketching in notebooks. We are devastated by this tragic news. Counselors are available at school for students and staff members.”

Illegal Alien Raped 12-Year-Old Girl In Georgia

GWINNETT COUNTY, GA (The Gwinnett Daily Post) – A 24-year-old Lawrenceville man who is in the country illegally will spend the next 25 years behind bars for raping a 12-year-old girl his grandmother babysat.

In June 2015, the victim’s mother and older brother called the Gwinnett County Police Department to report that Ruben Alvarado had sexually assaulted the girl on at least one occasion, the Gwinnett County District Attorney’s Office said.

The defendant is the grandson of the victim’s babysitter. The victim disclosed the abuse after her brother saw text messages between the victim and the defendant,” prosecutors said. “The brother posed as his 12-year-(old) sister in a conversation with the defendant, in which the defendant was trying to entice the child to commit sex acts.”

When the victim was questioned by police, she gave a “very detailed forensic interview of the sexual acts” committed by Alvarado, prosecutors said.

Though the man now has an U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) hold on him, officials could not place an ICE detainer on him at the time of his 2015 arrest “due to a presidential directive under the previous administration that immigration detainers could not be placed prior to conviction,” said Deputy Shannon Volkodav, spokeswoman for the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office.

“Consequently, Alvarado was in custody on charges of rape and aggravated child molestation for only a few weeks,” Volkodav said. “This now-convicted rapist and child molester who is in the country illegally was released back into the community on bond because federal laws at that time permitted it.”

Volkodav said Sheriff Butch Conway was “dismayed to learn” that Alvarado has been out on bond for the last three-and-a-half years.

“It’s shocking that a child predator was released into an unsuspecting community simply because federal laws that should protect them were not in place at the time of his arrest,” Conway said. “One can only hope he didn’t victimize other children while he was free on bond. Fortunately, the 287(g) program operating under the current administration allows us to place a detainer under these circumstances, which greatly helps us protect our community from these child predators.”

A jury convicted Alvarado on March 22 of one count of rape and one count of child molestation and acquitted him on one count of statutory rape. The jury was hung as to one count of aggravated child molestation and one count of criminal attempt to commit child molestation.

Gwinnett County Superior Court Judge Karen Beyers gave Alvarado the mandatory minimum sentence of life, with the first 25 years to be served in prison.

Illegal Alien Shot Single Mother To Death In Oklahoma

CANADIAN COUNTY, OK (The Daily Mail) – An undocumented migrant has been arrested for the murder of a mother-of-one from Oklahoma.

Ramon Hector Martine Ontiveros, 33, from Mexico, reportedly admitted shooting dead Paige Gomer, 28, on Thursday night.

He has since been charged with first-degree murder.

It is not clear if Ontiveros and Gomer knew each other.

‘We are still actively involved in this investigation where an American citizen died in the hands of an illegal alien in Canadian County,’ said Sheriff Chris West of Canadian County.

While he was being transported to the Canadian County jail, officers said Ontiveros ‘made admissions he was responsible for firing a weapon which resulted in Gomer’s fatal gunshot wound,’

Ontiveros is being held with no bond, and an ICE detainer is in place.

Gomer’s best friend, Sosha Christmas, has been remembering her.

‘We were supposed to meet up and I just never got the time to,’ said Christmas to KFOR. ‘It just shows live everyday like your last. She would always help me through the worst times. She always had your back always. She was just a phone call away.’

Christmas said Gomer leaves behind a daughter.

‘I sent people his mugshot and no one knows who he was,’ said Christmas speaking about the alleged killer. ‘I just hope he never gets out.

‘I hope he never gets to see freedom again. I don’t know who he is, but I hope he gets what he deserves.’

The Oklahoma State Medical Examiner is still investigating to pinpoint the exact cause of death.

Two Teenagers Killed by an Illegal Alien who had 3 Prior DUI Arrests:

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – On March 30, 2007, a Mexican national named Alfredo Ramos slammed into the rear of a vehicle in which Alison Kuhnhardt, 17, and Tessa Tranchant, 16, were sitting, while waiting at a traffic light.

Ramos, 22, was traveling at least 65 mph, when he hit the Plymouth Duster. He had a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of.24, according to court documents.

The two high school students had to be cut from their crumpled car and both died a short time after being transported to the hospital. Ramos suffered only a busted lip.

Tessa’s brother, Dylan, was tasked with identifying his little sister’s body.

Dylan, a Marine, had only been home from Iraq for two weeks, when his sister was killed.

Ramos had been living in Virginia Beach for quite a while and worked at a local Mexican restaurant known as Mi Casita. He was previously convicted of three separate charges of public intoxication, identity theft, as well as a DUI.

Despite his criminal history and illegal status in this country, Ramos was never reported to federal immigration officials, and continued to live in the area. He speaks only Spanish and required an interpreter at all of his court proceedings.

The case gained national fame thanks to the reporting of Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly, who called Virginia Beach a ‘sanctuary city’ for illegal aliens.

O’Reilly placed the blame on that city’s Mayor Meyra Obendorf and Police Chief Jake Jacocks, and characterized the resort town as a place where foreign criminals were allowed to roam freely.

Chief Jake Jacocks went on the offensive and claimed that O’Reilly was wrong in focusing on the fact that Ramos was an illegal alien. He accused the Fox News commentator of turning the girls’ deaths into a “political issue.”

However, shortly after the girls were killed, information on how the Virginia Beach Police Department deals with illegal aliens came to light.

A 2005 Virginia Beach Police Department policy forbids officers from asking the immigration status of defendants charged with misdemeanors. Police Chief Jake Jacocks Jr. has said the policy is meant to encourage illegal aliens to report crimes without fear of retribution,” the Washington Times reported.

Ramos pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated involuntary manslaughter and was sentenced to 24 years in prison, and order to be deported upon his release.

Minutes before Ramos was sentenced, Alison’s dad, David Kunhardt, had a very blunt message for the man who killed his daughter.

If I were to have one wish, it is that Alfredo Ramos would have to visit Ali and Tessa at Princess Anne Memorial Park Cemetery for the rest of his life.

In 2010, Tessa’s dad, Ray Tranchant penned an op-ed piece for Fox News about his daughter’s death.

“My 16-year-old daughter, Tessa, was killed by an illegal immigrant in Virginia Beach three years ago while sitting at a stop light. Her friend Ali Kunhardt, 17, also perished instantly.

Beautiful girls with tons of future plans, they had just stopped at a convenience store for a pack of gum at 10 on a Friday night. I can imagine that they were giggling about something as they waited for the red light to turn green. Tessa was in the passenger seat. I’ll never forget her laugh.

The explosion was so loud that witnesses said it sounded like a bomb going off, hit from behind by a black Mitsubishi going more than 70 mph. They were tiny, skinny little girls stuffed somewhere in the floorboards when the police and EMT crew arrived.

When I got to the hospital in what seemed like a dream sequence, Tessa’s bed was lying next to Ali’s, separated by a privacy curtain. Both girls were perfectly still, skin cold to the touch.

Tess was covered with a hospital blanket, and her clothes lay in a bag by her bedside, cut off by the EMT and the ER doctor who tried to revive her, to no avail. I looked at her large brown eyes, pupils dilated, eyes wide open, staring at the ceiling. She still had a mask taped to her mouth with a long rubber tube. The center of the tube was filled with bright red blood. Amazingly, she had only a little bruise on her forehead, and her big toe was bleeding. I noticed that she had had a couple of her nails done with glitter, probably had just enough money to do two. She worked at the Golden Corral; Ali worked at The Fresh Market.

I hadn’t seen Tessa in a few days, and I had to laugh at her forearm. Hard to believe you can laugh with such horror around you, but I did. She had previously told me that she suffered from the “Tranchant curse” — dark hair on her skinny little perfect arms — and apparently she had shaved it all off (her way of getting even, I guess).

Alfredo Ramos, a previous DUI offender and alcoholic, seemed invisible in a system that was good at looking the other way. Virginia Beach and Chesapeake were being accused of being “sanctuary cities” as Bill O’Reilly and Geraldo Rivera screamed at each other during the national news hour. O’Reilly was right.

I know what sanctuary means more than most ever will.

We don’t share a border with Mexico, so the awareness here isn’t as great as Arizona or California.”

Alfredo Ramos is currently housed at the Greensville Correctional Center in Jarratt, Va., and has a scheduled release date of March 14, 2028, according to the Virginia Department of Corrections.

Illegal Alien Who Repeatedly Stabbed Woman With Broken Beer Bottle Was Living Off Of Taxpayers

March 26, 2019 by Dave Gibson

LOWELL, MA (The Boston Herald) – A man accused of kidnapping his ex-girlfriend and stabbing her 18 times with a broken beer bottle in Tewksbury was arraigned as “John Doe” today because he has a fraudulent Massachusetts ID as well as welfare cards — and police don’t know who he is.

The man, arraigned in Lowell District Court as John Doe aka “Luis Hernandez,” was held without bail. Police say he stole the identity of a Puerto Rican man. He is now being investigated by ICE to determine whether he is an illegal immigrant.

The man was charged with armed assault with intent to murder, assault with a dangerous weapon, mayhem, aggravated assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, kidnapping, intimidating a witness, impeding a police investigation, possessing/using a false RMV document, identity fraud, furnishing a false ID to law enforcement, and assault and battery on a family/household member.

The man listened in court Tuesday afternoon as a Spanish interpreter relayed the charges.

“It’s unclear what his true identity is,” Assistant District Attorney Gregory Galizio told Judge Barbara Pearson.

The defendant told Pearson through the interpreter that his name is Luis Hernandez and he was born in January 1983.

On Monday, his ex-girlfriend living above Tewksbury Funeral Home tried to escape. The man had locked her in the bedroom Sunday night, police said.

While she tried to run away on the funeral home’s porch Monday morning, he allegedly struck her in the head with a Corona bottle, breaking it and causing a severe laceration on her head. The man then stabbed her in the back, neck, arms, chest and torso with the remaining piece of the broken bottle while yelling that he was going to kill her, police said.

A neighbor heard the commotion, came to the doorway and then called Tewksbury police.

The victim sustained 18 separate stab wounds and lacerations to her head, neck, back, left arm and right breast. Her ear was also severely injured. A plastic surgeon, consulted by emergency room staff at Lahey Medical Center in Burlington, said the ear injuries were “permanently disfiguring.”

When police found the man in the bedroom Monday morning, they said his right hand was covered in blood. He continued to drink from a beer bottle and responded, “No hablo Ingles” when they spoke to him, according to police.

Police later Monday in the apartment found small baggies that appeared to be cocaine.

As authorities investigated the man’s identity, they saw red flags from their “Identify the Imposter” training — when they believe someone has fraudulently assumed the identity of an American citizen.

Police are more frequently seeing cases of illegal immigrants, often Dominican nationals involved with drug cartels, fraudulently presenting biographical information to a government agency, such as the RMV, to obtain ID. Upon receiving that ID, the impostor can legally drive, register vehicles, travel by air, vote, receive state and federal benefits and be arrested, booked and fingerprinted under their assumed identity.

Police say the identities are usually taken from either the Puerto Rican Criminal History Index or the Puerto Rican DMV.

On Monday, Tewksbury police contacted Puerto Rican authorities, who provided a true copy of Luis Hernandez’ driver’s license. It was clear to Tewksbury police that the individual in custody was not the true Luis Hernandez.

This man has been using a MassHealth insurance card under the name Luis Hernandez, along with a Massachusetts ID card. He has also been receiving state assistance under the name Luis Hernandez.

Illegal Alien Who Killed Alabama Teacher In Head-On Crash, Is ‘Asylum Seeker’

MOBILE COUNTY, AL (WKRG) – The Mobile County District Attorney’s office says an illegal immigrant who is days away from his 17th birthday is responsible for a crash that killed a woman on US 98 Monday.

Prosecutors say Domingo Francisco Marcos hit Sonya Jones head-on, killing her then tried to run off. He was injured too badly to run and collapsed. He was then taken to USA Women’s and Children’s Hospital for surgery.

Marcos was released in 2017 when he claimed asylum. That was in Arizona where officials were trying to deport him back to Guatemala. He never showed up in court on the asylum claim so it was denied. But, he disappeared and was never deported.

He’s charged with homicide by vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident with injuries.

Prosecutors plan on asking the judge not to grant him bond.

Lower Alabama Congressman and Senate candidate Bradley Byrne issued the following statement in response to the arrest:

Yet again we have someone who is in our country illegally taking the life of an American citizen. How many more Americans have to die before we take action to crack down on illegal immigration, secure the border, and keep the American people safe? Enough is enough!

*49-year-old Sonya Denise Jones was a teacher at Living Word Christian Center Kingdom Academy. She left a husband, son and a daughter behind.

MS-13: Gang Members Stabbed 16-Year-Old Boy 100 Times, Set Body Ablaze

LANDOVER HILLS, MD (Fox News) – Maryland police say five MS-13 gang members stabbed one of their own 100 times and drove the body to Virginia where they set it on fire.

The victim of the brutal attack was a 16-year-old high school student. Cops identified Jacson Pineda-Chicas this week after releasing a photo of a tattoo on his left arm, Tribune Media reported.

His body was found dumped on the side of the road in Stafford, Va., March 9.

The woman, who was not identified, told the station that when his gang pals accused him of talking to cops, they threatened to kill his family. He told them to kill him instead.

“He had to take knives to defend himself, and screwdrivers,” she told the station. “He had razors and he told me, ‘Mom, I’m going to defend myself with them, but it’s not going to be enough.’”

Illegal Alien Who Decapitated Man In Alcohol-Fueled Crash Gets Only 14-Months In Prison

RALEIGH, NC (WTVD) – The family of a Raleigh man killed in a crash in September said he wouldn’t be dead if the man who hit him had not illegally entered the country.

The man who hit Jamar Beach, 26, pleaded guilty Friday to hit-and-run causing death–it was the only criminal charge prosecutors said they could defend in court.

The judge in the case handed down the maximum sentence of 20-33 months in prison, but Beach’s family said it’s just not enough.

“He had no business here in the first place and he should not have been operating a vehicle,” Beach’s mother Cameo Robinson said. “He didn’t have a license. So therefore he’s being treated better than the citizen who’s been killed.”

Thanks To ‘Sanctuary Policy’ California Woman Was Murdered By Illegal Alien With ‘Long Criminal History’

SAN JOSE, CA (NBC Bay Area) – The 24-year-old “transient” who was arrested in connection with the brutal slaying of a 59-year-old woman in South San Jose last month is an undocumented immigrant with a long criminal history.

Suspect Carlos Eduardo Arevalo Carranza, a Salvadorian national, was arrested Monday and booked into jail for murder, officials said.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement said agents tried to deport Carranza nine times before, but their detainers were not honored in both Los Angeles and Santa Clara counties.

Erik Bonnar, an acting field office director for ICE, said Carranza has been arrested numerous times for criminal activity and convicted of more than 10 crimes in the past three years.

In Santa Clara County alone, Carranza has prior convictions for kidnapping, drug possession, battery on a police officer, trespassing and burglary

The victim’s son and a co-worker on Feb. 28 discovered Larson’s body at her home on the 900 block of KnollfieldWay, just east of the Almaden Expressway. Neighbors also shared surveillance video they believe shows the suspect walking to and from Larson’s home on the day of the murder. At one point, surveillance video shows the suspect wiping his face with a shirt as he’s walking away from the home.

WEST MONROE, LA ( – Eliezer Merino-Tetlactle, 25, of Mexico, pleaded guilty today before U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty to one count of re-entry of a removed alien, U.S. Attorney David C. Joseph announced.

According to the guilty plea, West Monroe police arrested Merino-Tetlactle on August 23, 2018 for carnal knowledge of a juvenile, computer aided solicitation of a minor, possession of marijuana and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.

His background check showed that he was an illegal alien who had been previously removed from the United States twice.

DACA Recipient Arrested After Threatening School Shooting

An illegal alien shielded from deportation by the President Obama-created Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program was arrested after allegedly threatening a school shooting in upstate New York.

On Friday, Rochester Deputy Mayor Dr. Cedric Alexander and Deputy Chief La’Ron Singletary announced that 21-year-old DACA illegal alien Abigail Hernandez had been arrested by the Rochester Police Department after allegedly threatening East High School with a school shooting, according to 13WHAM.

“I’m coming tomorrow morning and I’m going to shoot all of ya bitches,” Hernandez allegedly wrote on the East High School Facebook page, using a fake social media account.

A beneficiary of President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program who killed two children in a hit and run accident has been released from jail and will be able to return to the the protections of the program, according to

Cinthya Garcia-Cisneros, an illegal immigrant who came to the U.S. from Mexico as a child and was shielded from deportation by DACA, was convicted of two counts of felony hit and run after she killed two Forest Grove, Oregon stepsisters — Anna Dieter-Eckerdt and Abigail Robinson ages 6 and 11 respectively — playing in a leaf pile last October.

Last week, as reported Tuesday, a judge dismissed a deportation case against Garcia-Cisneros and as a result of the ruling, her attorney says she is able to go back under the protections of DACA — meaning she can obtain a work permit and Social Security number.

Mother Whose Son Murdered by DREAMer Illegal Alien Breaks Down in Rally Speech

RICHMOND, Va. — Laura Wilkerson, a Texan whose son Josh was murdered by an illegal alien who would have qualified for amnesty under a DREAM Act-like law, emotionally broke down and cried during her speech here at Jefferson Park in downtown Richmond on Monday night at the first stop of the “Stop Amnesty Tour.”

“My name is Laura Wilkerson,” she said. “My husband George and I live just outside Houston, Texas. We’ve been married 25 years and we’ve raised three children. Our youngest son, Joshua, was brutally murdered on Nov. 16, 2010, by a kid who was a classmate of him. We found out later he was from Belize, brought here illegally by his parents when he was about 10 years old. I’m just going to tell you the story. It’s sad story. If I cry, don’t let it bug you. It’s part of my daily routine at this point. I hope that it makes you mad, because I think Josh deserved to live if only because he was an American citizen.”

After Mrs. Wilkerson warned the audience of the likely coming outpouring of emotion, she trudged forward with the details about what happened to her son. “It was a typical Tuesday,” she said. “Joshua was in his senior year of high school and he was 18 years old. It was November and he would have graduated in May. He came in in the morning when I was getting ready for work and said ‘bye, Mom. I’m leaving to go to school.’ I said, ‘okay, I love you Josh. I’ll be home early today. I’ll be home around 1 o’clock.’ He said ‘I love you too, Mom.’ I said, ‘see ya.’ I stood there at the glass door and watched him get in his truck and he got to the end of the street and turn. I shut the door and went on and proceeded to get ready for work, never knowing it would be the last time I see him.”

Around 1:30 p.m., after she had not heard from Josh, she said “mother’s instinct” or perhaps God, made her think something was not right. “Josh was the kind of kid that he’d never been in trouble over a traffic ticket,” she said. “He always let me know where he was. I texted him and said ‘just let me know you’re okay.’”

After Josh did not respond to that text message, Mrs. Wilkerson said she “became frantic.”

“I just started to drive around and look,” she said, fighting off tears by this point in her speech. “I drove by a couple of his friends’ houses that I thought maybe he would go to and by the gym that he went to. Nothing. I looked around for about an hour or two and by the police station, no wrecks, no one in the hospital. Then I happened to look to the left and I saw his truck parked in a parking lot, a strip center by a dumpster. I stopped at it and looked at it. I could tell something was wrong; it had been driven through a field. There were seeds and grass, which was out of the ordinary. So, I called my husband to come. He came, and we called the police. They came, and in just a few minutes they asked me over and they slid open the dumpster next to the truck.”

Through sobs, Mrs. Wilkerson said the police then said to her: “Mom, are these his things?”

“Yeah,” she responded, as police pulled Josh’s shoes, backpack and other belongings out of the dumpster his truck was parked next to.

“I knew then he was dead, not coming home,” Mrs. Wilkerson said. “I just didn’t know how or why. None of it made sense to me. At any rate, we were finally told to go home from that parking lot at 11 at night. So we went home, just shocked and stunned, not knowing anything.”

Around 3 a.m., she said, police came back to see her and her husband at their home and informed them they had a suspect in custody. Police told them to be back at that parking lot at 6 a.m. because Texas Equusearch, a mounted search, recovery and rescue team in the state, was going to look for Josh. “We think he’s hurt and we think he needs help,” she said the police told her. “And we need to find him.”

“Now, when you hear the words, none of it makes sense,” she said. “It doesn’t make sense. The word ‘suspect’? You hear that every day, I thought. Nothing makes sense to me. At any rate we went to the parking lot the next day and Texas Equusearch looked for Josh with ATVs, boats, sonar, horses. They walked a grid. The community just poured out for Josh. It was incredible. It was just unbelievable. We stayed in that parking lot until dark and then we went home.”

About 20 minutes later, police visited their home again. “The detectives, they came in and I just looked at them,” Mrs. Wilkerson said. “I said, ‘you found him.’ They said ‘yes.’ I said, ‘what did he look like?’ He said ‘I didn’t see him.’ I should have known that he did, but he didn’t want to tell me about it.”

Wilkerson said she will always remember the look on the detective’s face when he told her the suspect in custody, Hermilio Moralez, was not in America legally.

“I’ll never forget looking in that detective’s eyes as he was telling me, ‘yeah this kid is in the country illegally,’” Mrs. Wilkerson told the crowd in Richmond. “I said ‘where are his parents?’ He said, ‘we can’t ask him.’ He couldn’t ask them because it was a sanctuary city at that time. I thought, ‘really? You could pull me over and ask me any question under the sun, legally, but you can’t ask that?’ It just made no sense to me. It stuck in my head forever.”

After two years of waiting for a trial, the Wilkersons finally got more answers and saw Moralez convicted in January of this year. At the trial, she said, “the horror was just incredible.”

“We found out later that what he [Hermilio Moralez] did was he asked Josh for a ride home from school and Josh said, ‘sure,’” Mrs. Wilkerson said. “I think he’d given him a ride home two or three times before. He took him actually to his parents’ house. For some reason, we found out later why, what he did to Josh was he hit him in the nose, and this is what the kid tells from the stand, he hit him in the nose so hard that it would blind him so that he couldn’t fight back. Then he kicked him so hard in the stomach. Josh was about this big around and he weighed about 100 pounds in the body bag. He kicked him so hard in the stomach that his liver sliced in two and his spine sliced in two. He ruptured his spleen. He took a closet rod and beat Josh over the head so hard with it that it broke in four pieces. He strangled him, then let him go. Strangled him, let him go. Per the medical examiner, it was just torturous. After he murdered him, as he said, when Josh quit having bloody bubbles come out of his nose, he knew he was gone, he tied him up like an animal with about 13 ropes from his the back of his neck to the back of his hands, to the back of his feet. He covered his head with his school shirt. Then he put him in the back of my son’s truck and he drove around and he took two dollars out of Josh’s wallet and he stopped and bought gas. Then he took him to a field and he took his wallet and school ID out and just placed it by the body. Then he doused him with gas and set him on fire. It was just incredible. You just don’t even believe something like this will happen to your family, let alone to just your kid. What we saw in the beginning of the trial, in the opening, was the police going out to this itty bitty trail and there you saw, when they finally got to Josh, you finally saw him in the fetal position, barefooted, charred, bound up. The policeman said he looked like a doll. He didn’t even look real. He looked so tiny. Then after that in the trial the next picture was of his face after they removed his shirt. It was horribly disfigured by the closet rod. So one of the last pictures I saw of Josh was one where his face is just — one of his eyebrows is here, and the other is very low. It’s something you don’t want to be reminded of.”

Mrs. Wilkerson said that during the trial, Moralez “was proud on the stand.”

“He got up there and said he was trained to kill and that Josh had kicked his dog and that his killing skills took over,” she said. “From the stand, his said his culture was very different than ours. And he really was excited about what he had done. He never once showed any amount of remorse or sorrow for what he did to Josh.”

She told those at the rally that, “I assure you this was my 9-11. This was my terrorist attack.”

“It was as if a bomb went off in my family,” she said. “And we will forever be picking the pieces up. Forever. We’ll never be the same. Ever. To have to stand up here and think about this Gang of Eight and it makes no sense to me. Why aren’t they mad that they allowed someone to just walk across a border and kill an American citizen? I want you to be mad about it more than I want you to be sad for me.”

Wilkerson said she had to call her oldest son home from serving the U.S. Air Force so he could learn what happened.

“It’s ironic that I had to call the American Red Cross to get a hold of my oldest son Adam, who is serving in the United States Air Force defending this country, to bring him home for two weeks to bury his little brother,” she said. “No one in this country was defending him or us because the borders are wide open. It’s not just about missing Josh. The fallout from this is just forever for my family. I’ve seen this. We’re broken. That’s why you don’t see a lot of families testifying. It takes everything you can do to get up and still earn a living and to breathe and to start over. So you don’t see a lot of people who can do it. It’s tough. It will just never, ever be the same. I want people to be mad. I want people to be mad you can just come across this border.”

Wilkerson thanked Rep. Steve King (R-IA) for being one of the few members of Congress willing to stand up for Americans on this issue, and berated those who are will not fight for justice as being part of the problem.

DREAMer Accused of Raping Woman in Sanctuary City

The woman has now been left with serious facial injuries. Just a month before the violent attack, the DREAMer, a term used to describe illegal aliens given DACA amnesty, allegedly groped the woman. The two live at the same apartment building but the woman says they have never spoken before.

Four days after the brutal attack, Garcia was arrested after surveillance footage caught him allegedly watching young girls in the gym’s swimming pool. Law enforcement say they also found the woman’s blood on his pants.

Back in 2013, Garcia was given DACA protection after the program was created by former President Obama. Since then, he has renewed it twice and is able to remain.

Burien is a sanctuary city, which means it shields criminal illegal aliens from being deported by federal immigration officials.

The illegal alien is being held on a $350,000 bail.

Previously Deported Child Rapist Re-Arrested In Texas

EL PASO, TX (KVIA) – A father who allegedly entered the U.S. illegally with his daughter is a convicted rapist, the U.S. Border Patrol said. U.S. Border Patrol Agents working in downtown El Paso arrested the father last Thursday.

The morning of March 7, 2019, Border Patrol Agents working along the border near the Paso Del Norte Port of Entry arrested a man identified as 40-year-old Santos Quinilla-Tum. He was traveling with his 17-year-old daughter, also taken into custody. The Border Patrol said the father and daughter are both from Guatemala.

Agents reviewed records and learned about Quinilla’s prior criminal history and deportation. Quinilla was arrested on March 22, 2005 in Massachusetts and charged with Rape of Child with Force, a felony. Quinilla was later found guilty and sentenced to 18 months in prison. Quinilla was subsequently deported to Guatemala in 2009.
